The Production and Warehouse Manager oversees all daily operations of the HOCl liquid fill plant to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant production of hypochlorous acid-based products. This role is responsible for managing production staff, optimizing process performance, ensuring product quality, maintaining equipment reliability, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Operations Management:

• Plan, organize, and control all aspects of HOCl liquid filling and packaging operations.
• Develop and maintain daily/weekly production schedules to meet customer demand and quality standards.
• Ensure all production activities comply with GMP, ISO, and relevan safety/environmental regulations.
• Monitor process parameters and make adjustments to maintain product integrity and efficiency.
• Manage bulk liquid handling, filtration, bottling, labeling, and packaging processes.

Team Leadership and Training:

• Supervise, train, and mentor production team members including shift leads,
• operators, and maintenance techs.
• Establish clear performance metrics and accountability standards.
• Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Quality & Compliance:

• Partner with the Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams to ensure HOCl concentration, pH, and purity meet specifications.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) related to nonconformities or deviations.
• Ensure proper documentation of batch records, lot traceability, and production logs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and hands-on production management experience considered.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in chemical, food/beverage, or pharmaceutical liquid filling operations.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience with HOCl production, electrolysis systems, or pH-controlled chemistry processes highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of production planning, process control, and quality systems.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, OSHA, and environmental safety requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Data-driven problem solver with experience using lean or Six Sigma tools.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Conditions:

• Primarily plant-floor environment with exposure to moderate noise, chemicals, and production equipment.
• May require standing for extended periods and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must use appropriate PPE when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80, $90,000.00 per year
