We're seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to relocate and help develop sales professionals in one of our growing markets (Grand Rapids, Saginaw, or Northern Michigan). If you have a passion for coaching, leadership, and home improvement sales, this is an opportunity to make an impact while building a rewarding career.

What You'll Do

• Deliver onboarding and sales training to new consultants across markets
• Coach and mentor reps to build confidence and skill
• Review call recordings, shadow field appointments, and deliver feedback
• Partner with leadership on performance tracking and program development
• Support multiple markets through on-site and virtual training

What We're Looking For

• Strong background in sales, leadership, or training
• Home improvement or remodeling industry experience highly preferred
• Excellent communicator with a passion for developing people
• Willing to relocate to Michigan and travel within markets as needed
