We're hiring a Mobile Trailer Service Technician who thrives on solving new challenges every day by:

  • Performing light mechanical work and routine maintenance on trucks and trailers.
  • Checking batteries and change oil to ensure the proper functioning of vehicles.
  • Washing and cleaning the interior and exterior of trucks and trailers.
  • Inspecting brake systems, wheel bearings, and steering mechanisms of trucks.
  • Assisting with refurbishing trucks and trailers.
  • Repairing, updating, and restoring interior and exterior mobile medical imaging unit finishes.
  • Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical devices according to company guidelines.
  • Providing training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in person.
  • Testing equipment functionality and performs preventative maintenance as scheduled.
  • Delivering and retrieving trucks-trailers from customer and service locations.
  • Securing medical imaging equipment appropriately prior to transport of medical units. Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in carpentry, truck, trailer maintenance. An understanding of trailer mechanical systems, electrical systems, and structural components.  A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. CDL Class A (or obtains license within 90 days of employment). A pleasant and professional demeanor Proven experience with effectively managing multiple priorities while maintaining composure under deadline pressure. The ability to use time and resources efficiently and effectively. Must be willing and flexible to travel as the business needs demand.

The employee must lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
