Be the Best End User Field Support Specialist You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred, optimally with 0-2 years of experience in IT Asset Management or Warehouse Inventory Management
  • Hardware asset management accreditation a plus (CHAMP, CSAM or CITAD preferred or equivalent)
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Solid Understanding of: Microsoft Office Applications, Office365, One-Drive, Microsoft Teams

Responsibilities:

This entry level role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in IT operations and asset lifecycle management

  • Supports our global IT asset tracking and compliance efforts.
  • Partner closely with the IT Asset Manager and support teams to maintain accurate records of hardware and software assets
  • Assist with audits and reporting and ensures compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
