Retail Associate – Vape & Smoke Shop | Starting at $9.25/hr

We're on the hunt for dependable, upbeat, and hard-working individuals to join the crew at one of El Paso's most respected smoke shops. With 10 locations rooted in the heart of the Central community, we take pride in offering clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for our guests—and a supportive, no-drama work environment for our team.

What You'll Do:

  • Welcome guests and guide them through product options: vapes, tobacco, wraps, glass, and more
  • Operate the register with accuracy and professionalism
  • Keep your station stocked, organized, and guest-ready
  • Troubleshoot basic guest concerns with patience and clarity
  • Occasionally rotate between locations (you'll get to meet the whole crew)
  • Show up on time, ready to work, and treat teammates and guests with respect
