Steady Home Care is a new and rapidly growing non-medical home care agency dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate support to seniors and adults who need assistance at home. We pride ourselves on professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Manager to help lead our care team and ensure our clients receive outstanding care.

Position Summary

The Clinical Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, conducting initial in-home assessments and developing individualized care plans. This role oversees all clinical and care-related needs of clients, supervises caregivers, and ensures that services are delivered with excellence, compliance, and compassion. The ideal candidate is organized, confident, and passionate about supporting both clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial client intakes, in-home assessments, and ongoing reassessments.
  • Develop and update customized care plans based on client needs and preferences.
  • Serve as the main clinical liaison between clients, families, caregivers, and agency leadership.
  • Supervise, support, and coach caregivers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor caregiver performance and adherence to agency standards, policies, and care plans.
  • Address client concerns, service changes, or clinical issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state regulations and agency protocols.
  • Participate in caregiver onboarding, training, and performance evaluations as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling support to ensure proper staffing for client shifts.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in home care, senior care, or a related field required.
  • Background in conducting assessments, care planning, or case management preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide caregivers.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel locally to client homes as needed.
  • (Optional, depending on your state): CNA, HHA, LPN, RN license helpful but not required for non-medical care.
