Snapshot of Daily Duties
- Call and schedule applicants for interviews.
- Set up background check for new hire.
- If needed, set up finger print application for new hire and current staff expiring.
- Complete new hire paperwork with new hires.
- Keep new hire status up to date.
- Initiate new hire offer letter and PAR.
- Sort, File, and organize employee documents.
- Ensure confidentiality and appropriate release of information.
- Assist with recruiting as needed.
- Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal and agency requirements.
The Must Haves
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
- Over the age of 21
- Maturity, empathy and patience
- Be special – Not everyone can do what we do
- The ideal candidate must have the ability to adjust to a fast-paced environment and follow proper protocols
- Confidentiality and professionalism are essential
