This position offers the option of a hybrid work schedule based out of the South Sioux city, NE or Boise, ID office with three days in the office and two days working remotely.

Do you find joy in helping others? Are you good at multi-tasking and communication? Would you like to work in a collaborative environment where no two days are the same? We are seeking an experienced adjuster for our Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster position.

In this role, you will investigate, evaluate, proactively manage, negotiate, and settle workers' compensation claims, including those involving litigation. Our adjusters' caseloads are manageable and kept to a reasonable number so they can provide exceptional customer service, meet departmental and individual goals, and enjoy a positive work-life balance. In addition, we give our adjusters the autonomy and authority needed to manage and adjust claims to a successful resolution.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A minimum of seven years of Workers' Compensation experience.
  • Ambition to grow and expand their insurance industry knowledge.
  • Exceptional strategic and critical thinking skills.
  • The confidence to make independent decisions and negotiate with others.
