Essential Duties
Job Summary and Responsibilities
- Understand, support, and implement the mission of the facility to deliver health care to those in need in the performance of all job responsibilities
- Ensure that patient care meets or exceeds the facility quality standards
- Ensure that patient satisfaction meets or exceeds standards set by the facility
- Educate patients on both clinical and managed care
- Participate in clinic and network task forces as requested and appropriate
- Function as an effective clinic team member
- Meet productivity standards
- Effectively use clinic financial and other performance information

Job Requirements
Education
- Successful completion of an accredited Neurology Residency Program in U.S. or Canada
- Open to new graduates
License/Certification
- Kentucky License/Eligible
- DEA
- Board certification or active participation in the examination process

CHI Saint Joseph is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neuro Hospitalist physician to join our team in Lexington, KY. Offer Includes
- 7-on 7-off Schedule
- Competitive salary guarantee for up to 3 years and a lucrative production model after guarantee period.
- Additional quality-based bonus
- Up to $200,000 in recruiting incentives including sign-on bonus, student loan assistance, residency bonus, and relocation assistance
- 1 week CME, $4,000
- 33 days PTO plus 6 paid holidays per year
- Paid malpractice insurance/tail coverage
- Eligible for student loan forgiveness through federal and state forgiveness programs
