Production Manager

Essential Functions

  • Supervise daily work groups of program participants, ensuring safety, job completion and participation in activities.
  • Assist with production needs by ensuring quality of work to outside work contracts.
  • Maintains inventories of all outside work contracts.
  • Supervise and direct all personnel activity as assigned.
  • Communicate daily with Program Manager.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma and two years of experience in manufacturing and/or industrial work environment as well as work in the human services profession or;
  • Demonstrated ability to work with people, program objectives and have effective communications skills in our organization for a minimum of six months.
  • Valid driver's license

Work Environment

  • Day Program work site, consisting of production work areas, community outings, transportation, program specific activity areas, offices and outside surrounding grounds.
  • May experience exposure to body fluids and the need to provide personal, private care to individuals; sound practice of universal precautions is necessary.
  • Monday – Friday 8 per day work schedule
