We specialize in providing builders, contractors, and remodelers with a wide range of cabinetry options, from custom designs to ready-to-install solutions. Our commitment to exceptional service, competitive pricing, and fast delivery has made us a trusted partner in the construction industry. We're expanding our team and seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in our builder and contractor segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients, including home builders, general contractors, remodelers, and commercial developers, through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase our cabinet lines and value propositions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including warehouse operations and customer service, to facilitate orders, deliveries, and issue resolution.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to position our products effectively.
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM software.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand our client base.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the building materials, cabinetry, or construction supply industry (2+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of the builder and contractor market, with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Projected Total Compensation: $70, $250,000.00 per year
