Responsibilites

  • Build strong relationships with customers to establish a loyal client base.

  • Maintain store visual objectives and cleanliness.

  • Coordinate and process orders and ensure timely delivery from external lab for lenses.

  • Maintain accuracy in measurements, adjustments, and fitting of eyewear.

  • Maintain store alignment with the brand's vision in terms of customer interactions, store aesthetics, and ambiance.

  • Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and client expectations.

  • Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to clients.

  • Provide exceptional service and meet all client needs.

  • Collaborate with Client Experience Specialists to improve practices.

  • Display a willingness to learn and grow.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an optical salesperson or licensed optician.

  • Preferably licensed in optical dispensing, etc. specifically in New York State.

  • Very comfortable to adjust acetate frames.

-Demonstrated success in enhancing customer experiences and driving revenue growth.

  • Highly energetic with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Team player with a high degree of emotional intelligence.

  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

  • Independent and organized work habits are necessary.

  • Passion for selling high-end eyewear to customers.

  • Keeps up to date with product knowledge and fashion trends to drive sales.

  • Resourceful.

  • Computer skills.
