Markquart Motors, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking to fill a new position in our sales department. This individual will have the opportunity to field sales calls, questions, and set sales appointments for our sales staff. This position will also include making follow-up customer retention calls for sales and service. We are a rapidly growing company with plenty of growth opportunities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide Excellent Customer Service: Effectively work with customers to answer questions, give required information and set sales appointments that show at dealership. This customer appointment specialist will also make assigned follow up calls for service and sales.

Communicate Professionally: Have outstanding communication in person, over the phone and over email with customers and coworkers.

Work as a Team: Maintain open communication with management, finance teams and fellow sales consultants and service advisors. Complete assigned sales and service calls and tasks.

Complete work in a Timely Manner: Ensure that every customer leaves the dealership feeling as they are important and a priority to Markquart.

QUALIFICATIONS & SUCCESS TRAITS:

Top candidates will have a passion for people and sales. Intermediate computer skills and good phone skills are a must.
