Program Analyst

At MLT, we create solutions by empowering our people to fulfill their passion for service. In support of government customer, we are seeking a Program Analyst – Mid. with experience in supporting (DOD Federal acquisition programs; knowledge of policy/ principles/organizational protocols).

Job Duties:

Provides analytical support in any of the following disciplines: engineering, science, business, financial, cost, or program management. Typical duties performed may include; analysis, design, development, testing, integration, logistics, program management, cost, financial, or management analysis, or maintenance of systems, processes, programs, offices or products. Develops and/or reviews acquisition documentation, program reports, papers, drawings, specifications, procedures.  

- Providing Program analytics and support. Provides on-site administrative and documentation support to enable equipment testing and analysis support at MCTSSA, in accordance with applicable Marine Corps and DoD policies. Assists with drafting and reviewing test reports, verifies and validates technical documentation and test activities, and performs equipment analysis and troubleshooting to ensure operational effectiveness.

 Education/Experience: 

- Bachelor's Degree and 3-6 years of experience. 

years of related progressive professional work experience in program analytics. 

 Specific/Preferred Requirements:

-Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and DoD Acquisition policies, such as DoDI and SECNAV ; the Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF); Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes, and MCSC Acquisition Guide (MAG).

 - DAU Program Management (Foundational) Core Equivalency preferred

- Bachelor's Degree and 3-6 years of experience. 

- 3-6 years of related progressive professional work experience in program analytics. 

- Position requires a Secret Security Clearance.
