About Us

Washington Center for Sleep is a fast-growing dental sleep medicine practice helping patients treat sleep apnea and snoring with custom oral appliances. We collaborate with physicians to improve patient health and quality of life.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate projects, and keep the practice running efficiently. You'll manage systems, track performance, and support a small, high-performing team across our Bellevue and Seattle offices.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily workflows for scheduling, billing, and marketing.

  • Track key metrics (patients, referrals, and revenue).

  • Manage internal systems and improve office efficiency.

  • Coordinate marketing and physician outreach activities.

  • Support payroll, hiring, and staff onboarding.

  • Maintain compliance and credentialing documentation.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in operations or healthcare management (dental or medical preferred).

  • Excellent organization, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Proficiency with workflow tools (Monday, Google Workspace, etc.).

Compensation & Growth

  • $80,000–$95,000 per year (Depending on Experience)

  • Full-time, flexible schedule

  • Quarterly performance reviews, performance bonuses, and growth potential
