What You Will Do

This position will be responsible for duties that directly the support our research departments.

  • Responsible for reviewing and interpreting complex research protocols, along with budgets and contracts to accurately develop and build each research study and the correlating budget into the clinical trial management system (CTMS). This position will serve as the CTMS subject matter expert for the staff and Entity management team. Position will communicate with appropriate research Directors and their staff to ensure accurate entries and understand and adjust any changes/discrepancies in study information as needed within CTMS. Run reports as requested and to verify accuracy (examples include: patient visit entry report, screen failure report and/or randomization accrual report). Keep studies in CTMS updated to include study start dates, close dates, etc. Update CTMS accordingly when amendments are made to contract, protocol, etc

  • This position will perform financial patient coding processes for all patients enrolled in the CMS mandated registries (e.g. placing modifiers and condition codes on patient's bill). Position will be the point person for ensuring patient stipend payments are paid to include setting up patients within system as vendors and running monthly reports to identify payments to be made and then submitting check requests. Follow up on outstanding payments for debt collection

  • Research liaison for THR researchers. Duties include setting up and updating research accounts and access, along with assisting with troubleshooting issues encountered.
  • Relieves management of daily operational problems by responding to all forms of inquiries by seeking the appropriate resources for resolution. This includes completion and follow up on study leads, questionnaires and NDA/CDAs and processing of documents for signature via DocuSign. Develops relationships with internal personnel or departments, vendors, or customers to follow-up with issues, obtain services, or finalize plans or agreements. Acts as the department point person for purchasing, equipment, IT activities and Meditract upload/management. Manages upkeep of department spreadsheets and study document storage. Responsible for maintenance of department directory, various logs (e.g., licensing logs, up to date CVs).
  • Creates draft or final written correspondence for management review. Communicates instructions from management or other personnel to staff to expedite workflow through the department or project and perform all necessary follow-up to problems. May be responsible for entering information, articles, or reports into department or functional web sites. Uses various advanced software tools to create non-routine or ad hoc reports, documents or presentation materials for meetings, seminars, education or events.
