Pool Deckhand

MarciSwim is a boutique swim school that strives to provide white-glove service to its clients. During the summer months we offer swim lessons at host pools around the metro area, so having your own, reliable transportation is an absolute must.

We are looking for a Deckhand who can help guide the clients to to the pool area at our host homes, speak with them about how their lessons are going, offer refreshment while their children are having their lesson, and bring their child back to them at the end of the lesson.

A background in customer service is preferred--no swim experience is required. Must be organized and able to help coaches adhere to their schedules. Candidates should be friendly, efficient, courteous, and well-spoken.

Training will be provided starting as soon as you are hired at one of our indoor pool facilities (most likely in North Druid Hills).

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
