Are you an experienced stylist looking for a salon that values craftsmanship, elevated client experiences, and long-term growth?

We're seeking a confident, well-rounded professional with 5+ years behind the chair who thrives in a modern salon environment and is comfortable offering both traditional hair services and our signature scalp-focused experiences.

Schedule:

  • Part-time, approximately 35-40 hours bi-weekly.
  • Full-time, 30-40 hours a week.
  • Must be available Saturdays and some evenings.

Compensation:

  • Initial Part Time Salary: Roughly $31,760+, plus tips and performance incentives, with an expedited transition to full-time.
  • After 30 Day Trial Period: Immediate increase in salary, including tips. With aim to advance into a full-time position.
  • Compensation = Hourly + Performance Incentives + Tips

Who You Are

  • Confident and experienced in cutting, coloring, styling, and extensions
  • Client-focused with strong consultation and communication skills
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
  • Organized, punctual, and respectful of cleanliness, timing, and workflow
  • Comfortable working across all service areas of the salon, including head spa and scalp wellness offerings
  • Open to learning and performing relaxing scalp, shampoo, and massage-based services as part of the guest experience

  • Brings positive energy and pride in their craft

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality hair services with attention to detail and client comfort
  • Provide thoughtful consultations addressing hair, scalp, and lifestyle needs
  • Support and contribute to head spa services as part of daily salon operations
  • Educate clients on hair and scalp wellness, product usage, and follow-up care
  • Manage appointments efficiently and contribute to a seamless guest experience
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
  • Uphold salon standards, culture, timing, and service quality
