Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced
Technical Product Owner / Program Manager
to join a dynamic team focused on delivering next-generation digital solutions that enable enterprise growth in aftermarket parts and services. This role involves defining requirements, managing product backlogs, and collaborating with engineering and architecture teams to ensure successful delivery.

Top Skills & Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in product ownership or program management in the software space
  • Certificates in Product / Program Management

Technical Skills:

  • Strong technical understanding of microservices, UX/UI, infrastructure security, AI/ML/GenAI models
  • Experience leading programs from ideation to production delivery
  • Familiarity with AWS/Azure cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of data analytics and API commercialization
  • Software engineering lifecycle experience (Prototype → Production)
  • Ability to follow and apply latest industry technology trends

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and prioritize effectively

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, and Architects to define functional and non-functional requirements
  • Manage product backlog, priorities, and stakeholder communications
  • Act as decision-maker for feature priority, acceptance criteria, and release targets
  • Create and manage project lifecycle cost estimates and tracking
  • Communicate and manage business requestor expectations
