Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales and Client Support Specialist to provide administrative, operational, and analytical support to our sales team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless sales processes, enabling our managers to focus on strategic relationship-building and revenue generation. This is a full-time remote position reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for Executives and Managers; prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and collateral materials.
  • Sales Operations Assistance: Track sales pipelines using Salesforce; update customer records, process quotes, and follow-up on leads maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate performance reports on key metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Event & Logistics Coordination: Assist in planning and executing sales events, webinars, and client meetings; handle vendor communications and on-site logistics as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, feedback loops, and resource allocation.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Provide backup coverage for Sales Managers including responding to client inquiries and preparing contract documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, business or any creative field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 2+ years in sales support, administrative, or operations role; familiarity with B2B sales environments preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Salesforce and sales analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities; strong written and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Other: Willingness to travel occasionally in support of sales team, work flexible hours during high-volume periods; passion for sales and customer-centric solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in mortgage, real estate, bankingor title industry, or legal professionwith an understanding of residential mortgage transactions.
  • Basic knowledge of social media and marketing campaign design and cadence.
