Creative Director
to lead and elevate creative output. This role is responsible for translating high-level creative strategy into exceptional day-to-day work across brand design, visual storytelling, and digital experiences.
The ideal candidate is a creative leader with sharp taste, strong narrative instincts, and cultural awareness—someone who can inspire bold thinking, refine the details, and foster cohesive, impactful work across disciplines.
Responsibilities
Creative Leadership & Vision
- Interpret and implement the overarching creative vision, ensuring alignment between strategic goals and daily execution.
- Lead the creative process from concept through delivery, ensuring ideas are distinctive, compelling, and on brand.
- Promote a culture of creative exploration and diverse storytelling across channels and platforms.
- Balance innovation with clarity and purpose, ensuring work drives business and brand objectives.
- Contribute to high-visibility pitches and new business initiatives.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously from pitch to launch across varied client types and sectors.
Creative Direction & Collaboration
- Oversee design and visual media functions, setting high standards for craft, originality, and conceptual rigor.
- Partner closely with account, strategy, and production teams to develop integrated, cross-disciplinary solutions.
- Serve as a trusted creative advisor to clients, shaping narratives that align with their goals and engage their audiences.
- Foster collaboration across teams, promoting shared ownership, respect, and accountability.
Execution & Accountability
- Ensure consistency, quality, and relevance across all creative deliverables—digital, visual, and experiential.
- Manage timelines and resources to deliver work that meets both creative standards and practical constraints.
- Hold internal teams and external partners accountable to defined creative and process standards.
- Translate feedback into clear, actionable direction that leads to strong refinements and outcomes.
Mentorship & Growth
- Provide leadership, guidance, and performance oversight for creative team members.
- Coach and develop emerging talent, supporting their growth and contribution to the organization.
- Model curiosity, openness, and responsiveness to new ideas and cultural trends.
- Encourage thoughtful risk-taking and help teams push beyond expected solutions.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in creative leadership roles within agencies, studios, or in-house brand teams.
- Proven track record directing and inspiring multidisciplinary teams across design, digital, and visual media.
- Robust portfolio showcasing conceptual strength, aesthetic excellence, and storytelling depth.
- Expertise with leading creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and digital-first production workflows.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and pitching skills with both internal stakeholders and clients.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong collaboration skills, and high cultural engagement.
- Experience in real estate and/or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
