Dallas Nephrology Associates (DNA) is a large independent single specialty practice with numerous offices located throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. We have an immediate opening for an experienced Denials Specialist in our Dallas office. This individual must be detail-oriented, a critical thinker and possess excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Also able to manage multiple priorities, work well under pressure, and function as a team player.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years current experience of medical denial management, government, commercial and managed care insurance, and personal collections.
  • Must have experience in determining correct actions including denials, appeals, obtaining documentation, make appropriate adjustments, and processing in a timely manner.
  • Knowledge of ESRD coordination of benefits a plus. EPIC experience is preferred.

This position is local/remote. Qualified candidates are required to live in the Dallas Fort Worth area in order to be considered for this role.

- There will be 2-3 weeks of onsite training following hire date.
