Job Overview Summary
The Senior Installation Technician will be responsible for overseeing complex security system installations, providing expert technical support, and leading strategic initiatives to enhance our service delivery. This role combines technical expertise with leadership and client management.
What you'll be doing (and doing well):- Oversee and execute the installation, configuration, and maintenance of high-end security systems or fire work.
- Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex security issues.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians, offering guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement best practices and procedures to improve installation efficiency and service quality.
- Conduct system audits and assessments, providing recommendations for system enhancements.
- Prepare and review detailed technical reports, installation plans, and project documentation.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned

- A Sense of humor, creativity, and positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent; advanced technical degree or certifications preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in security system installation, with a strong focus on high-complexity and high-security environments.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing installation teams.
- In-depth knowledge of security systems, network integration, and advanced troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication, project management, and client interaction skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Senior-level certifications (e.g., CPP, CISSP) and extensive industry experience.
- Possesses multiple access control certifications, and/or a master's license.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale or high-profile installations.
- Able to safely work at heights on ladders and aerial lifts
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift and move up to 100 lbs.
- Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time and complete overhead work for long periods of time.
- Must have a current, valid driver's license in the state of which you are applying and have the ability to meet our company driving standards.

Pay Transparency StatementThe base pay range for this role is $34.75-$52.50 hourly. This position may have overtime available. Note that wage may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus in addition to base wage as well as health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.
