Hustle Training 360 is South Florida's top-tier fitness team serving high-end communities with luxury-level service. We manage and elevate the fitness amenities inside 55+ active adult neighborhoods and private developments, providing white-glove group fitness classes, events, and programming with a boutique feel.

Our instructors are celebrated as community leaders, not just plugged into a schedule.

What We Offer to High-Level Instructors:

We're Looking For Trainers Who Are:

  • Energetic, professional, and love commanding a room
  • Experienced with senior fitness, low-impact, or modification-heavy formats
  • Certified in Yoga, Silver Sneakers, Stretch, Strength & Aqua for 55+ population
  • On-time, reliable, and emotionally intelligent
  • Committed to delivering consistency, enthusiasm, and safety, every time
  • Excellent communicators with a natural ability to build community and connection

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience teaching in residential communities, senior centers, or boutique studios
  • Are confident with both low-intensity and high-energy formats
  • Want to grow into event hosting, team leadership, or fitness director roles

What the Job Looks Like:

  • Take on personal training clients who may have complex medical history or needs
  • Advanced knowledge of anatomy and movement for aging population
  • Teach scheduled group fitness classes inside luxury community fitness centers
  • Engage participants before/after class to build connection and increase retention
  • Represent Hustle Training 360's brand with energy, professionalism, and heart
  • Collaborate with our team to create seasonal events, health workshops, and community-wide fitness programs
  • Option to grow into multiple communities or combine with private training roles
