Accounts Receivable Associate

As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable person to join our team. Someone who is organized and comfortable working with numbers. This role is responsible for accurately entering data, processing customer payments, and day to day basic accounting tasks. No accounting degree required but experience would be helpful. Additionally, this role is in person and part-time (approximately 30 hours per week).

What You'll Do

  • Enter and update customer information, invoices, and payments into a billing system
  • Generate and send invoices
  • Record and apply payments (checks, ACH, Credit Cards)
  • Monitor and follow up on overdue invoices
  • Communicate with customers and co-workers regarding membership and billing questions

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in data entry, billing, or accounts receivable
  • Basic experience in Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
