Leasing Consultant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Leasing Consultant to join our Bonavista team. Our Leasing Consultants are responsible for interacting with potential residents as they assist with touring our properties. This position will consist of touring at multiple properties in Mountlake Terrace Washington.

Position Requirements

Answer the phone in a professional manner; respond to all voicemails & text messages as soon as possible.

Market vacancies utilizing online advertising platforms (Craigslist, Zillow, , etc.).

Schedule tours and show vacant units.

Screen and process new residents.

Prepare, process, and sign leases and related forms approved by Property Manager.

Maintain communication with prospective residents and others as assigned by Property Manager.

Handle resident complaints and other resident related matters as assigned by Property Manager.

Enforce Property rules and regulations.

Assist in scheduling maintenance for unit turns.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Adhere to all policy and procedures in the Policy & Procedure Manual.

Adhere to all property rules and regulations.

Adhere to all Fair Housing laws, State Tenant Landlord Laws, and local ordinances. If an Employee violates any such laws or ordinances, he/she shall be liable for the circumstances.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:
