Your impact (what you'll do)
  • Execute preventive maintenance and complete repairs on plant assets.
  • Diagnose faults using mechanical and electrical troubleshooting methods.
  • Inspect equipment on a regular cadence to ensure safety and performance.
  • Maintain precise records of all maintenance work and parts used.
  • Respond rapidly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to optimize reliability.
  • Comply with all safety standards and site procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Must-have qualifications
  • Six (6)+ months of mechanical work experience listed on your application or graduation from an industrial maintenance training program within the last three (3) years.
  • Rehire policy: eligible after 365 days away, with fewer than three prior terms.
  • Minimum age 18; valid identification required.
  • Willingness to use basic hand tools and read/understand work instructions.
  • Working knowledge of welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics & plumbing.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs; climb stairs to 120 feet and ladders up to 60 feet; stand for long periods; and tolerate hot, cold, and inclement conditions.
