Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties
  • Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers or tenants
  • Negotiate offers and counteroffers to achieve favorable terms for clients
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote property listings across various channels
  • Provide expert guidance on fair housing regulations and legal requirements related to real estate transactions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, property values, and industry developments
  • Manage administrative tasks including preparing contracts, listing agreements, and transaction documentation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Stay informed about property management practices and real estate law to ensure compliance and best practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or property management is preferred; relevant administrative experience is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, marketing, and sales skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable
  • Knowledge of fair housing regulations, real estate law, and property management principles
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
  • Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one) as required by local regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with real estate administrative processes and documentation requirements
