We are a small family medical practice with of one provider. We are not part of a corporate group. We are seeking an experienced dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Reception-Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere
  • Review daily schedules: verifying insurance eligibility and appointment reminders are set up
  • Update yearly patient information and advanced directives
  • Schedule appointments utilizing specific timing parameters to maintain a smooth flow for our team.
  • Answer phone calls using our Ring Central phone system, and respond to inquiries
  • Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Qualifications: Two years previous experience as a medical receptionist or medical assistant.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with eclinicalworks or other similar scheduling software.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • A friendly and warm demeanor.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $20.25 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
