Launchpoint is hiring driven, outgoing, and goal-oriented individuals to join our Retail Sales Representative team in Knoxville Our team represents leading national brands like AT&T Wireless and Primo Water, helping customers find the right products and services in a fun, high-energy retail environment.

This position includes paid training, a weekly guaranteed base pay, and uncapped commissions averaging 30–40% of each sale. If you're looking to develop real-world sales, communication, and leadership skills with clear advancement opportunities — this is the place for you.

What You'll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)

  • Engage directly with customers inside retail partner locations to introduce them to our clients' products, promotions, and special offers.
  • Learn and maintain expert-level knowledge of AT&T wireless plans, device upgrades, and accessories, as well as Primo Water subscription and service options.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills to identify needs and match customers with the right products or solutions.
  • Track and report daily performance using sales software, tablets, or mobile apps.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
  • Maintain product displays, ensure brand standards are met, and represent Launchpoint's client partners with integrity and enthusiasm.
  • Participate in ongoing coaching and development meetings to improve closing ratios, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
  • Operate on your feet for extended periods — this is an active, interactive, customer-facing role.

Schedule & Availability

  • Full-time position (40–42 hours per week).
  • Must be available for at least one weekend day — most team members take two weekdays off instead.
  • Shifts typically fall within standard retail hours (between 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM).

Compensation

  • Weekly base salary (paid every Friday).
  • Average total earnings range: $700–$1,800 per week (base + commission).
  • Top performers consistently exceed $1,500/week.
