Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associate to join our retail team. Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable recommendations
  • Operate POS systems for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
  • Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to customers
  • Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves and organizing displays
  • Support inventory management through stocking and inventory checks
  • Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance sales opportunities
  • Ensure excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or follow-ups
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor to create an inviting shopping environment

Experience

  • Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in clothing retail or similar environments
  • Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math skills
  • Experience in supervising or leading team members is a plus
  • Ability to perform product demos effectively and confidently
  • Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base
  • Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer engagement
  • Proven ability to upsell products and enhance sales performance
  • Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and inventory management techniques
