As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will actively monitor and patrol the educational campus, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. This primarily driving post involves routine patrols throughout the location, engaging with students, staff, and visitors to provide exceptional customer service and support. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order and assist those in need.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the education location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to observe and report any unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances and exits, verifying credentials and controlling access as required by site policies.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to established procedures.
• Assist with crowd management and provide guidance and information to students, faculty, and visitors as needed.
• Work collaboratively with college administration and local authorities when necessary to support a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
