The VP, Strategic Services, Agentforce Supply Chain is a newly created, highly strategic senior executive role responsible for leading Salesforce Professional Services delivery across a defined portfolio of customers focused on Supply Chain and Manufacturing challenges in the AMER region.

This leader will be a senior executive with a passion for growing world-class, high-performing teams and successfully delivering innovative professional services that leverage Agentic Enterprise capabilities.

Leveraging existing tools and methodologies, as well as innovating new ways of working, the VP helps customers maximize their return on investment (ROI) and time-to-value using Salesforce. You will innovate, improve, and enhance our service and product delivery methodologies, driving more value for our customers while achieving the professional services strategic and financial objectives.

This role requires a unique blend of cross-functional leadership, professional services experience with large-scale digital transformation, and a proven ability to build and scale services capabilities in a rapidly evolving, AI-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
I. Strategic Vision & Innovation
  • Agentic Enterprise Playbook: Define, build, and scale the Agentic Enterprise Implementation Playbook, establishing the methodologies, best practices, and standards for deploying Agentforce and AI-driven solutions within complex customer environments.
  • Industry Delivery Framework: Drive organizational capability by establishing, governing, and operationalizing an industry-tailored expertise playbook. This framework must effectively synthesize insights on industry-specific pitfalls, articulate solution patterns, and define value delivery metrics necessary to ensure high-velocity, high-quality professional services across the Agentforce Supply Chain portfolio.
  • AI Transformation Content: Own the development of compelling content and narratives necessary to convince C-level buyers and stakeholders that Salesforce possesses the expertise and capabilities required for successful, transformative Supply Chain and Manufacturing projects.
  • Innovation & Methodology: Innovate and enhance service and product delivery methodologies to drive greater customer value, faster time-to-value, and more predictable financial performance.
II. Executive Delivery & Stakeholder Management
  • C-Level Relationships: Establish, maintain, and expand C-level relationships with key customers in the Supply Chain and Manufacturing sectors, serving as the executive sponsor for the portfolio and ensuring alignment between customer strategy and Salesforce delivery.
  • Project & Program Oversight: Provide executive oversight for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale, complex Salesforce transformation projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and financial targets.
  • Strategic Partner Alignment: Partner closely with the Alliance & Channels team to ensure delivery quality and achieve joint go-to-market (GTM) alignment across the Agentforce Supply Chain portfolio. Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) and the executive face of Agentforce for Supply Chain, focusing on partner enablement, delivery governance, and scaling capabilities with strategic System Integrators (SIs).
III. People & Operational Leadership
  • Team Leadership & Growth: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of technical and project management professionals, fostering a high-velocity, highly engaged culture focused on continuous skill development in the areas of AI, Agentic Enterprise, and Supply Chain domain knowledge.
  • Commercial Acumen: Manage the portfolio's profit & loss (P&L), ensuring accurate forecasting, consistent revenue delivery, and optimization of resource utilization.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project and operational risks, ensuring issues are resolved effectively to maintain customer success and delivery integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications (Baseline Requirements)
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Technology Delivery Leadership, with a significant focus on Enterprise-level transformations.
  • Proven executive experience (VP/SVP level) leading Professional Services delivery across a large portfolio or industry segment.
  • Demonstrated experience in building, scaling, and managing large professional services teams directly and through 3rd party consultants.
  • Track record of successfully selling and delivering solutions at the C-level and translating executive relationships into revenue and expanded partnerships.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, strategic, and analytical skills, with a proven ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Proven ability to drive innovation in delivery methodologies and service offerings, particularly related to AI, automation, or Agentic Enterprise concepts.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L effectively.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with key customers and partners.
