What You�ll Do

  • Oversee all daily operations for community
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the on-site team
  • Ensure high resident satisfaction and retention
  • Manage leasing performance, rent collection, and resident relations
  • Coordinate maintenance needs and uphold property standards
  • Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and performance goals
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations

What We�re Looking For

  • 2+ years of Property Manager experience (required)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to drive resident satisfaction and operational success
  • Experience in multifamily housing, leasing, budgeting, and Fair Housing
  • A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
