Arizona Flower Market—Phoenix's largest independent floral retailer and wholesaler—is looking for friendly, motivated Retail Sales/Customer Service Associates for our Flower Market team.

If you love helping people, enjoy staying active, and have an interest in the floral world, this is a fantastic place to learn the industry from the ground up. You'll work closely with customers, guide them through product choices, and share helpful information about flowers, care, and sourcing. While this role is primarily customer-service driven, you'll also gain hands-on experience with basic design principles and floral knowledge along the way.

What the Position Focuses On

  • Helping walk-in customers navigate the Flower Market
  • Answering questions and offering guidance on products, care, and usage
  • Learning and sharing basic floral knowledge with shoppers
  • Supporting the sales floor with stocking, merchandising, and organization
  • Completing checkout transactions accurately and positively
  • Pulling orders for pickup
  • Assisting with simple design basics when needed

Who We're Looking For

  • Friendly, upbeat personality and genuine love for helping people
  • Strong customer service instincts
  • Curious, eager to learn about flowers and the floral industry
  • Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented
  • Able to work weekends and occasional overtime
  • Comfortable standing/walking for long periods and lifting up to 20 lbs
  • Floral experience is a plus but not required — we're happy to train
