Our client is hiring skilled CNC Machinists to set up, operate, and maintain CNC mills/lathes (multi-axis a plus) for precision aerospace manufacturing. You'll ensure parts meet exact tolerances, perform quality checks, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and run CNC machines; load programs, tools, and materials.
  • Review blueprints and specifications; apply GD&T principles.
  • Inspect parts using micrometres, callipers, gauges, and CMM.
  • Adjust offsets, feeds, and speeds to meet tolerances.
  • Maintain machines, tooling, documentation, and 5S standards.
  • Support continuous improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED; technical training preferred.
  • 2–5+ years CNC machining experience (mills/lathes).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in precision measurement and blueprint reading.
  • CAD/CAM (Mastercam, Fusion 360) and G-code editing a plus.
  • Experience in ISO 9001/AS9100 or lean/5S environment preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. person (citizen or permanent resident per ITAR).

Work Environment

  • Standing, manual dexterity, lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Machine shop environment with required PPE.
  • Overtime based on production needs.
