Job Summary:

We are currently seeking experienced Commercial Pipe Fitters with 5+ years of experience in large-scale commercial projects. Ideal candidates are highly skilled in pipe layout, installation, and blueprint reading. This position offers long-term opportunities for the right individuals with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, assemble, and maintain piping systems for commercial buildings
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and isometric drawings
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe using hand and power tools
  • Fit and weld pipe components according to specifications (carbon steel, stainless, copper, etc.)
  • Install supports, hangers, and brackets for piping systems
  • Test piping systems for leaks using pressure gauges or hydro testing methods
  • Collaborate with other trades to ensure proper integration of piping with HVAC, plumbing, and structural components
  • Follow safety protocols and comply with OSHA regulations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of commercial pipe fitting experience
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and isometric drawings
  • Familiar with various types of piping materials (e.g., carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, PVC)
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of safety procedures and PPE use
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
  • Reliable transportation and tools

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $ $32.00 per hour
