About the Role

Your mission - Lead, Inspire, and Create Unforgettable Camping Experiences

As a General Manager, you are the heart of your campground. You will lead with enthusiasm, ensuring that team members are engaged, guests feel welcome, and every stay is memorable.

This is not a behind-the-scenes role—you will be hands-on and present in daily operations, setting the tone for team culture and guest interactions. You will also oversee financial performance, facility upkeep, and long-term planning to ensure the campground thrives.

The General Manager must live on-site to fully immerse in the operation and respond to guest and team needs.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead with passion and purpose—hire, train, and mentor a team that feels empowered to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels valued and at home.
  • Be the face of the campground—interact with guests daily, resolve concerns, and build relationships with the surrounding community.
  • Be the Go-To Leader – Handle after-hours calls, emergencies, and the unexpected with confidence.
  • Maintain financial health—manage budgets, monitor revenue, and control expenses to drive profitability.
  • Ensure an unforgettable experience—from well-maintained facilities to engaging on-site activities, you'll set the stage for a memorable stay.
  • Innovate and problem-solve—think creatively to elevate the guest experience and streamline operations.
  • Live and breathe the brand—embody our mission, values, and commitment to diversity and inclusion in everything you do.

Qualifications

  • Hospitality mindset—experience in hospitality, tourism, property management, or guest services preferred.
  • Leadership skills—3-5 years of experience managing teams and operations.
  • Hands-on problem solver—willing to jump in where needed, from guest relations to maintenance.
  • Strong financial acumen—understanding of budgets, revenue management, and cost control.
  • Tech-savvy—comfortable with reservation systems, POS software, and digital communication tools.
  • Flexible and adaptable—willing to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Outdoor enthusiast—a passion for camping and the great outdoors is a plus.
