We're excited to add a Regional Marketing Manager to our team We're looking for a driven professional who enjoys collaboration, values relationships, and wants to be part of a company that's focused on growth, innovation, and long-term partnerships. 

The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and drive business growth, with a strong focus on planning and delivering high‑impact events. This role will work closely with the Director of Marketing and company leadership to develop and refine marketing strategies, plan and coordinate integrated digital campaigns, and consistently communicate the brand vision across all channels. Key responsibilities include partnering with leadership and practice leads to evaluate and implement marketing strategies and increasing awareness of the Focus brand through targeted campaigns. A core aspect of this role is leading the end‑to‑end execution of regional events including webinars and seminars, field marketing programs, and executive engagements in close collaboration with business development and sales teams to support revenue goals, drive engagement, and elevate brand visibility.

** This hybrid role requires in-person collaboration and strong familiarity with the New England market; therefore, candidates must be based in New England. **

Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate all marketing efforts
  • In collaboration with the Director of Marketing, evaluate and develop our marketing strategy
  • Communicate marketing strategy internally and externally
  • Work with OEM Partners to coordinate regional joint events around designated capabilities of both the OEM Partner and Focus
  • Work with peer marketing contacts at our OEM and distribution Partners to maximize and optimize the attainment of Marketing Development Funds
  • Collaborate with all practices/teams within Focus
  • Develop and implement new ideas for customer events
  • Build brand awareness and positioning
  • Work with the business development and sales team to develop successful strategies and campaigns that attract new customers and expand current customer relationships
  • Plan and execute strategic MSP marketing campaigns that generate leads and revenue
  • Design and implement the execution timeline for integrated marketing campaigns
  • Lead and organize seminars/webinars, including researching venues, planning logistics and attending to represent Focus, as applicable
  • Contribute to social media marketing strategy and content marketing; create content for individual and company postings
  • Explore new ways to engage and new social networks to reach our ideal customer profile
  • Track/collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
  • Develop marketing collateral, including press releases, presentations, case studies and solution overviews
  • Create and update marketing promotional items (e.g. branded, co-branded promotional merchandise)
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner and client relationships
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices
  • All other duties, as assigned

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills
  • Stellar organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills to effectively work under deadline pressures
  • Experience with event planning and execution
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proficient with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, HubSpot and WordPress
  • Professional and proactive work ethic
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with digital marketing such as social media marketing and content marketing
  • Strong leadership, analytical and creative thinking skills
  • Customer-focused mindset

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of work experience in marketing in the technology industry
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, related field or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience supporting sales teams and driving measurable pipeline growth
  • Strong familiarity with the New England market
  • Willingness to travel within the region or to events as needed

Salary range: The compensation range for this role is estimated between $90,000-$120,000. Final offer will depend on experience, qualifications, location and other relevant factors.
