Part-time Assistant Professor or Instructor of Mathematical Sciences

The Department of Mathematical Sciences at DePauw University invites applications for a part-time position at the rank of Assistant Professor beginning August 2026. Ph.D. (completed by August 2026) in Mathematics is preferred; ABD candidates will be considered at the rank of Instructor.  A commitment to teaching undergraduates in a liberal-arts setting and evidence of effective and inclusive teaching are essential. The department specifically seeks candidates to teach 100 level Calculus Course (MATH 151 Calculus -I). Teaching assignment is one hour of class instruction on three days a week, M/W/F with no lab requirement in Spring 2026.
