As a Client Account Assistant, you will be equipped through a training pathway to support the Worcester business community. The Client Account Assistant will consult on the latest AT&T Business smartphones, Fiber plans, and VoIP systems, developing the acumen to build personalized solutions that enhance workflow and eliminate connectivity barriers.

Core Functions of the Client Account Assistant

  • Respond to Worcester business inquiries on AT&T Business Fiber internet, 5G wireless devices, cell phones, and VoIP solutions with clear, professional guidance.
  • Explain the advantages of always‑on connectivity by showing how integrated wireless and VoIP systems improve uptime and streamline office communications.
  • Assess commercial usage patterns and office configurations to recommend tailored AT&T packages that emphasize reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
  • Process business account setups, line additions, device provisioning, and VoIP migrations with precision.
  • Troubleshoot initial hardware setup, Wi‑Fi optimization, and VoIP configuration to ensure a seamless transition onto the AT&T Business network.
  • Progress through AT&T's structured training program, advancing from foundational account support to managing a portfolio of Worcester business clients.

Education & Experience Needed for the Client Account Assistant

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is highly preferred for this professional track.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, professional retail, or corporate hospitality where maintaining brand reputation and high energy were a requirement.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to explain technical VoIP features and AT&T Business service agreements with clarity and confidence.
  • Proficiency in digital tablets, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite to manage professional accounts and track daily performance benchmarks accurately.
