As one of our trained Consultants you are the front line in our mission. You will be responsible to inform, educate and guide our customers seeking better health and wellness goals.

ZAR Consultants will:

-Be expected to learn and complete our in depth training process.·

-Engage clients in a friendly, and professional manner.

· Tailor a comprehensive package and educate on product knowledge and dosage amount for each client.

-Enthusiastically introduce promotions and opportunities to customers, and cross-sell products to maximize purchases.

- Perform and record sales on the Point of Sale system, as well as process cash and credit cards transactions.

-Follow up with customers after their purchase to ensure they are satisfied with their wellness journey.

-Answer customer emails and incoming phone calls

- Handle customer questions or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

- Process exchanges and refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures

- Pass along information reported by customers to the respected Store Manager.

- Maintain the appearance, cleanliness and presentation of the store, products, signage and displays.

- Complete daily inventory logs and keep inventory in an organized manner.

- Keep a careful eye on customers to avoid thefts
