Duties

As a Closing Lead your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in food preparation to ensure timely service during dinner time
  • Ensuring all food handling procedures comply with safety and hygiene standards
  • Utilizing knife skills for meal preparation and presentation
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Completing closing tasks and manage other staff
  • ensure equal distribution of tasks among other staff
  • Supporting the team in various kitchen tasks, including cashier, preperation, and cleaning

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 3+ years of experience in the food industry, particularly in a kitchen or restaurant setting
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
  • Strong skills and experience in cooking and meal preparation
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating independence when necessary
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and management to ensure proper inventory control
  • Strong communication skills to keep in contact with the business owner

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
