We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Service Team in Italy, mainly in the Parma Region.

Your Mission

  • You install, maintain, repair and troubleshoot our industrial 3D printers on-site at our customers.
  • Beside, you are also a competent and reliable partner for our clients when you provide system introduction and basic trainings.
  • You also advise customers and colleagues on the telephone to pass on your knowledge.
  • Your development in the role will include participation in intensive in-house trainings on our systems and technology at our headquarters in Germany and through external courses.

Your Talents

  • Certification within electrical/mechanical engineering or a similar apprenticeship, or education as a Mechatronics Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer
  • Experience as a Field Service Engineer and in professional dealings with customers
  • Knowledge in handling complex industrial machines
  • A car driving license
  • Ideally based around the Parma Region and willingness to travel in the area and within EMEA
  • Fluent in Italian and English language
