OUR INTERNSHIPS
LiftedViz offers a quarterly unpaid educational internship designed for university students, recent graduates, and adult learners who want to build a strong resume, portfolio, and professional skill set for careers in data analytics.
Interns learn:
Tableau Public
Project Management Framework
LV Common Data Stories
Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Replit)
Data-centric web application development
This quarter, you'll help us continue developing and deploying , our AI-assisted live-music discovery platform.
THE ROLE — 2026 Q1 City Curator
As one of 12 interns, you will curate live music events and help build the data analytics foundation for a major music-destination city. You'll also compete in friendly weekly challenges—with top performers recognized at the end of the program.
If you're a musician or from one of these cities, it's a plus: Nashville, Austin, New Orleans, Chicago, Seattle, Los Angeles, London, Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam, Dublin, and Barcelona.
Details:
10 hours/week for 10 weeks
Begins January 5, 2026
Two weekly 1-hour live virtual meetings (morning or evening PST)
Fully remote
Work with real client stakeholders and a dedicated mentor
Use AI to research, prototype, and build dashboards and applications
THE CURRICULUM
You will learn Tableau Public and AI tools within the Project Management Framework:
Define: Ask the right questions and gather stakeholder requirements
Design: Apply best practices in visual communication
Dataprep: Identify and structure the data you need
Develop: Build high-quality dashboards in Tableau Public
Deliver: Provide training and documentation
