Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for food service and hospitality. As a Dishwasher, you will ensure that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Duties

  • Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by regularly cleaning work areas, floors, and equipment.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including bussing tables and supporting culinary staff.
  • Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to maintain safety and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with team members during busy service periods to ensure timely dish returns.
  • Participate in banquet setups and breakdowns as required, demonstrating flexibility in catering services.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing duties.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
  • Skills in food preparation, cooking, or serving are advantageous for this role.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
