Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the home to meet high standards of cleanliness.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently.
• Maintain floors through proper care techniques like sweeping, scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing to keep surfaces spotless.
• Ensure sanitation protocols are followed diligently in kitchens and bathrooms to promote a healthy living environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by respecting clients' preferences, answering questions politely, and addressing any special requests promptly.
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled appointments while maintaining quality standards.
• Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and responsibly, adhering to all safety guidelines.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties such as organizing spaces or restocking supplies as needed.

Requirements

• Prior experience in residential cleaning, is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners confidently.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures related to chemical handling and equipment use.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekdays and weekends as required.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
