The Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence (PCADV) is dedicated to reducing, preventing, and educating the community about domestic violence. We are currently seeking an eLearning Specialist (Curriculum Design) to assist the Training Institute team. This position reports to the Director of Training and Community Education.

In this position, you will:
- COLLABORATE with subject matter experts
- PARTNER with staff, internal stakeholders, and subject matter experts to design, develop, and implement medium to high complexity learning programs
- ORGANIZE content and learning activities and create multimedia content
- ADAPT instructional materials created for one format to another
- MANAGE uploads to the LMS and troubleshoot problems.
- CONDUCT research and apply knowledge of industry trends
- PROOFREAD and EDIT own work and the work of others
- Bachelor's Degree OR combination of relevant experience and education
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with Learning Management Systems
- Minimum of 1 year experience designing and developing interactive eLearning courses
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of storyboarding, Articulate Storyline 360, ADDIE, AGILE, and adult learning principles
- Working knowledge of audio recording and editing software, photo editing software, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite software
