Our Fortune 500 financial services client is seeking a highly organized and collaborative
Project Manager
to lead the end-to-end execution of creative and marketing projects across digital, print, video, and social media channels. This individual contributor role sits within the Creative Center of Excellence in the Marketing department and supports the delivery of creative assets requested by internal marketing partners. The ideal candidate is agile, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced environment, capable of maintaining a high level of customer service while managing multiple concurrent projects. This role will serve as the central point of contact between internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with campaign goals.

The Basics

  • Duration: 18 months (no guarantee of extension or FTE conversion)
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX, onsite 3x a week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday). 4 days/week onsite beginning March 2026

Top 3 Required Qualifications

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to internal and external partners.
  • 3-5 years of project management experience in creative, marketing, or agency settings, with hands-on experience managing deliverables such as social media, email, web, and event collateral.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn, with a proactive and energized approach to team collaboration and problem-solving.

Other Qualifications

  • Experience with Workfront (preferred) or other enterprise-level project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Basecamp)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to manage 5-25 projects simultaneously, with varying timelines
  • Comfortable navigating iterative workflows and shifting priorities
  • Experience in highly regulated industries or financial institutions is a plus
  • Proficiency in Windows environment
  • Open to candidates with a background as Account Manager or Project Coordinator-focus is on relevant experience, not title

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from intake through delivery and retrospective analysis
  • Collaborate closely with account teams to align on project goals and feasibility
  • Manage expectations around scope, timing, and deliverables with marketing partners
  • Maintain project health and visibility using Workfront, ensuring accurate reporting
  • Route assets through internal reviews, client reviews, and QA processes
  • Facilitate communication between technical, creative, strategy, and production teams
  • Participate in weekly check-ins with team lead (Julie)
  • Support cohort team dynamics and contribute to agency-wide initiatives
  • Attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders to discuss creative, status updates, and project progress
