Presbyterian Homes of Georgia is currently seeking qualified and experienced CNAs to work PRN basis in all areas of Health Services - Long Term Care Nursing, Assisted Living and Memory Care areas on our Presbyterian Village, Athens campus.

*** Please note: Please make sure that you have the availability to work on a PRN basis. Generally this means that you should be able to work on average 8 hours per week, based on the needs of the facility Nursing department ***

Responsibilities (overview):

As a valued member of the Nursing team, you will be responsible for providing excellent care and services to the residents of Presbyterian Village, Athens.

• Assist RN's and LPN's with meeting the needs of residents
• ADL's- personal care, feeding, bathing, and dressing
• Actively participate in nursing reports by receiving and contributing to status reports of residents
• Provide complete and thorough personal care for residents
• Take and accurately record vital signs
• Promptly and consistently respond to resident's needs
• Promptly and consistently respond to needs of family members
• Assist and accompany the residents as needed in the admission, transfer and discharge process while assuring comfort and safety
• Provide support to patients and family members
